MANILA, Philippines – Following Justin Bieber’s surprise visit to typhoon-ravaged Tacloban, the hashtag #MaramingSalamatBieber has been trending on Twitter as of Wednesday afternoon.
Both “Beliebers” and the general public posted their gratitude after the pop star devoted time to visit and perform at an evacuation center in the city.

Some pointed out that they were not fans of the singer but were impressed by the gesture.
