MAKATI Shangri-La has been advised this morning (Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2009) of the decision of the Court of Appeals on the Harper Case which occurred in November of 1999.

The hotel does not agree with certain findings contained in the decision and upon advice received from its legal advisors, it will proceed to appeal the decision.
