MANILA, Philippines ? The Ako Bicol Partylist group was dislodged from the top spot Thursday by the Buhay Hayaan Yumabong, according to the partial and official tally of the Commission on Elections, as of 4:18 p.m.
The Comelec has canvassed 60 out of 274 certificates of canvass (CoCs).
