Tallado sex video: NBI can trace culprit, says De Lima

The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) can trace the one responsible for uploading the sex photos and video of Camarines Norte Governor Edgardo Tallado, Justice Secretary Leila De Lima said Tuesday.

NTC gets 60-day TRO vs enforcing text refund
