MANILA — A rapid competency development program designed specifically to meet the skillset requirement of most in-demand tech jobs will be launched in the Philippines.
SkillAssure, a program designed by Pratian Technologies based in Bangalore, India, will be introduced via a virtual press briefing set on Sept. 30, 2020, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The event will be led by Mr Subramanian Sivakumar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Pratian Technologies, and Ms Andrea Trinidad, Chief Executive Officer of Rabah Consulting, and Mr. Gary Libby, Chief Technology Officer of Rabah Consulting. Partners from the MIT Innovation Lab and other countries will also be joining the discussion.
“The 4th Industrial Revolution has created a paradigm shift and has put the spotlight on automation and digitalization. With the pandemic happening, the timing on the advancements in technology also accelerated, which means the future is happening now. As businesses move forward, the need to ensure that our workforce is ready and capable is now more emphasized. Question is are our Filipino talents ready?,” the organizers said in a statement.
