Acer pulled out all the stops at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2024 held in Las Vegas, Nevada, earlier this month, presenting a diverse range of products for a wide variety of needs, harnessing the most advanced technology that adheres to the current times.

Expanding the award-winning Predator gaming line are four new monitors, headlined by the massive Predator Z57 with a 57-inch DIHD (7680 x 2160) at 120 Hz display for the 2304-MiniLED models, that also include the 34-inch Predator X34 V3 that supports UWQHD (3440 x 1440) resolution at 180 Hz refresh rate.

Both monitors have a curved display, but the Predator Z57 is VESA-compliant so gamers may hang them on walls to save space. It also boasts two powerful 10W speakers for a more immersive experience.

Acer also presented bright OLED display monitors, the 39-inch Predator X39 and 34-inch Predator X34 X. Both also offer a curved display, and provide smooth and captivating visuals with up to 240 Hz refresh rate and 0.01 ms pixel response time.

For gaming-on-the-go, Acer refreshed its Predator Helios 18 and Helios 16 laptops with Intel® Core™ 14th gen processors, NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 40 Series GPUs with DLSS 3.5, 5th Gen AeroBlade™ 3D fan Technology, Acer’s PurifiedVoice™ 2.0 AI-noise reduction technology that eliminates unwanted background noise, and speakers with DTS:X® Ultra.

Acer’s new 17-inch Nitro 17 gaming laptops are also powered by Intel® Core™ 14th gen processors with NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 40 Series GPUs with DLSS 3.5 technology. The model, which boasts specialized AI Tenor Cores, is built for Microsoft Copilot. It also enjoys Acer PurifiedVoice™ 2.0, and the Acer PurifiedView™ on the HD webcam.

For fast and reliable connections with low network latency while gaming, Acer introduced the Predator Connect X7 5G CPE and the Predator Connect T7 Wi-Fi Mesh router, that incorporate products from Qualcomm Technologies Inc. Both are equipped with Hybrid QoS software, compatible with the Intel® Killer™ Prioritization Engine.

Acer also announced the extension of its SpatialLabs stereoscopic 3D lineup through the 15-inch Aspire 3D 15 SpatialLabs Edition laptop, and the Predator SpatialLabs View 27 gaming monitor. Both products bring 3D technology to consumers, for work, entertainment, or gaming.

And to further its green initiative, Acer introduced the carbon-neutral Aspire Vero 16, that not only is an eco-conscious choice, but also packs computing power with the latest Intel® Core™ Ultra 7 processor with Intel AI Boost.

The Aspire Go laptops, that come in 15.6- and 14-inch models, incorporate recyclable materials in the cover and the packaging, and come with Energy Star and EPEAT Silver registration. All new Aspire Go models also feature Acer BlueLightShield™ to help protect the eyes during extended viewing periods.

The thin and light Swift Go PCs are also refreshed, with new Intel® Core™ Ultra processors featuring Intel AI Boost with power-efficient AI acceleration and Intel Arc™ GPU, and feature the Acer PurifiedVoice™ 2.0 and Acer PurifiedView ™ video enhancement technology. The new line comes in 14- and 16-inch models.

Acer also ventured into home essentials through Acerpure, a line of products that are eco-friendly, energy-efficient, and feature integrated technology that keep homes dirt-free, the air breathable, and the water pure. “Acerpure’s mission is to provide technological innovations that can resolve various consumer concerns,” Acer Philippines general manager Sue Ong-Lim said.

Acerpure Cozy projects air up to 15 meters away, completely circulating the air five times per hour to every corner of your home. Acerpure Cool has a 4-in-1 HEPA filter that eliminates bacteria, allergens, and pollutants from your home to make the air healthier and fresher.
