YGG Pilipinas and Immutable collab to launch GOG game

Yield Guild Games (YGG) Pilipinas and Immutable announce their partnership to release the mobile game Guild of Guardians (GOG).

YGG is a community of content creators and gamers supporting Web3 adoption in the Philippines. Meanwhile, Immutable is a global Web3 game publisher.

CoinGecko says the Philippines has been standing tall worldwide for its interest in Web3 gaming for three years running. As a result, GOG’s launch would likely help maintain the country’s lead in digitalization.

Guild of Guardians was in YGG’s Guild Advancement Program (GAP). It is a platform that rewards players with YGG tokens and achievement badges.

Its 6th season featured six GOG quests. They were a mix of beginner-friendly tasks and more challenging ones for experienced players.

These ranged from leveling up in the game to reaching the leaderboard’s top 100s. The recent YGG-Immutable partnership plans to bring in more Filipino players into Web3 gaming by launching it in the Philippines.

“We’ve always recognized the Philippines as one of the strongest communities in web3 gaming, with YGG Pilipinas at the forefront,” said Jill Keshyap, Executive Producer of Immutable Games Studio.

“They have the most active and dedicated players globally, who are always the first to discover and achieve top ranks in the latest web3 games,” she continued.

“This partnership will be instrumental in establishing Guild of Guardians as the leading team-based RPG on mobile.”
