Atome Financial, BlackRock, InnoVen Capital join loan facility

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Atome Financial welcomes BlackRock’s private credit fund and InnoVen Capital in its $80-million credit facility.

BlackRock and InnoVen will become new consortium members in the accordion tranche of its previously three-year senior secured term loan facility.

BlackRock’s private credit team offers peerless expertise and a robust track record in private credit investments.

On the other hand, InnoVen Capital is a joint venture between UOB and Seviora, which supports early- and growth-stage companies across Southeast Asia.

In fiscal year 2024, Atome Financial achieved strong business performance with the following milestones:
