MANILA, Philippines—Top-rate fashion model Georgina Wilson apologized to superstar Nora Aunor over a photo that circulated in the social microblogging site, Twitter.
The Tweetpic (photo posted on Twitter) is a manipulated image of her body with Aunor’s head. It earned violent reactions among netizens, especially fans of Aunor.
Wilson said it was not her who came up with the photo. She said she just retweeted it but immediately removed it.
She added she has utmost respect for Aunor.
Wilson is niece of Aunor’s contemporary, former beauty queen turned actress Gloria Diaz.
