Vatican announces hashtag for April 27 canonizations

MANILA, Philippines—It has been set.

On April 27, the canonizations of Pope John Paul II and Pope John XXIII would commence and in the advent of an historic event, the Vatican has announced the official hashtag.

“The official hashtag of April 27 is #2popesaints!” the Twitter account 2popesaints, the official Twitter page of the canonization, posted Thursday evening.

With the immense popularity of social media, the Vatican would not be lost in time, especially in one historic, and holy, day.
