MANILA, Philippines—Manila Archbishop Antonio Cardinal Tagle announced Thursday that his personal e-mail account was hacked.
“We would like to inform everyone that the personal email account of his Eminence Cardinal Chito Tagle has been hacked or compromised. Should you receive an email from this account, please delete or disregard. Thank you very much,” a staff of Tagle posted on the Cardinal’s Twitter account (@CardinalChito).
No other details were available as of posting time.
