Just 4 weeks to go until the biggest UX & Customer Experience event of the year!

The two day event, hosted by regional customer experience company On-Off Group, showcases how experience design can drive growth in any business or industry.

“Everyone is in the business of experience – whether they know it or not. And it’s not just Travel and Tourism – it’s BPO’s, telcos, financial institutions and Governments too” says Philippines-based director, Phil Smithson.

On day 1, attendees will have the chance to “learn by doing” from international award winning designer, Sarah Drummond from Snook. Sarah will lead a full day, hands-on workshop about how the UK government designs public services and how it can be applied in the Philippines.

On day 2, attendees will hear from local speakers about the state of customer experience locally and how to overcome some of the major challenges and obstacles.

Local speakers include Aaron Delapaz of Cebu Pacific Air, Gerry Dy of Security Bank, Gerson Abesamis of Habi Education, and Joan Magno of Kalibrr.

“The services sector employs 54% of the workforce. There are enormous opportunities here in the Philippines, not only to improve existing services, but to design completely new ones that solve different problems” says Smithson.

Last years event was completely sold out and this year is expected to attract an even larger audience, building on the friendly and energetic atmosphere.
