It hasn’t been long since Pokemon Go was released in Australia, New Zealand and the US. However, the huge following of the Pokemon franchise did not waste time in taking to the streets to hunt for their favorite Pokemons.

In response to the growing craze, even local authorities from the Metro Manila Development Authority have issued a reminder via Twitter and Facebook. The message urged Pokemon Go players  to be careful when crossing the streets or, better, use the foot bridges.

It’s one thing to catch a rare Mewtwo in the middle of the street, it’s another to risk one’s safety while doing so. Prospective Pokemon trainers, keep safe. Look both ways and be mindful of where you’re walking.
