The website of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) in The Hague, Netherlands, was not accessible on Tuesday afternoon, ahead of the release of its ruling over the South China Sea that favored the Philippines.
As of writing, the PCA (www.pcacases.com) website displays an internal server error on its home page.
It is where the ruling, which will be released around 5 p.m. Manila time, is expected to be published first.
The Philippines filed its arbitration case against China in 2013, challenging Beijing’s claims to almost all of the resource rich South China Sea. YG
