Although the smash-hit mobile game Pokémon Go is currently unavailable in the Philippines, budding Filipino “trainers” can get a hold of this trendy app to “catch ’em all.”
Introducing Poké Radar, an iOS app that uses a map which can locate all the monsters, common or rare, and trace their locations anywhere in the world. Similar to the Pokémon Go game itself, the app, which was developed by Braydon Batungbacal and Nick DiVona, allows gamers to effectively communicate and collaborate to capture the pocket monsters.
Although fellow gamers can “fool” players by divulging inaccurate locations of creatures, the app offers tips on how to diminish chances of trolling incidents.
Not only that, Poké Radar displays the perfect time to catch a certain Pokémon. It is not amusing that the app ranked second in Apple’s App Store on Monday morning, Tech Insider reported.
According to Poké Radar’s Facebook page, both developers will release the app’s Android version tonight, July 19. Gianna Francesca Catolico
