“Gotta catch ’em all, together!”

There is a recent dating site launched in the United States on Wednesday where Pokémon “trainers” could catch pocket monsters – and hearts of potential partners.

Project Fixup, a Chicago-based dating website, launched PokéDates, a dating site inspired from the global smash-hit game Pokémon Go.

To register for the dating service, a user should sign up and answer several questions. This will help PokéDates review the user’s “PokéProfile”. Second, users should share their schedules when they play so that suitors and interested significant others can view it.

Lastly, an e-mail will be sent shortly, clipping information of the PokeDate and the chosen PokeStop or PokeStop where the couple will “eyeball”.

According to the website, the first PokéDate is free and the succeeding meet-ups cost $20 (943 PHP). Anyone can earn free dates by referring single friends to register for the site. Gianna Francesca Catolico
