Which is spookier, “Train to Busan” or “Train to Taft”?

Netizens flooded social media with droll posts and memes of the Korean blockbuster film “Train to Busan” as it continues to govern theaters across the Philippines. On the other hand, people tried to compare the heinous film scenes to what’s happening on the ground at the Metro Rail Transit (MRT) Line 3.

According to netizens, the horrific reality of lining up for an hour at the nearest MRT station, waiting for the sluggish train to arrive, and pushing oneself inside the train coach which lacked proper air conditioning, can be tantamount to being chased by rabid zombies inside the train.

Some netizens morphed the “Train to Busan” movie poster into a “Train to Taft” movie poster based on actual pictures of the MRT.

Some avid fans of BTS, or Bangtan Boys, edited the movie poster by placing their Korean idols instead.
