Rage quitters are the bane of online gamers. So, Street Fighter V does the near unthinkable and forced all these people to play together and get a taste of their own medicine.
A new patch for Street Fighter V just went online today which tweaks the matchmaking system so that frequent rage quitters will be more likely to play against each other, reports Kotaku.
Street Fighter V had previously implemented temporary bans and League Point deductions to great effect. However, there are still those players who would rather get these penalties than register a loss on their record. Hopefully, having to go up against fellow rage quitters will further stem the culture of rage-quitting and mold a community of honorable players.
Apart from the matchmaking tweak, the patch also comes with some holiday-themed content such as special icons and character costumes. Alfred Bayle
