Pandas are simply one of the most adorable creatures in the world. Add a little snow in the fray, and these guys get even more lovable than ever.
A two-minute clip of a panda going gaga over snow has been melting hearts on social media since Tuesday.
After experiencing a heavy snow fall since the weekend, staff at the Toronto Zoo decided to make the most of it by creating a snowman next to the enclosure of a panda named Da Mao, as per reports from Express.UK news.
The excited personnel then recorded the encounter using a ‘panda cam’, just to witness how the gentle giant would react to his icy new neighbor.
The 8-year-old panda, who arrived in Canada from Chengdu, China in 2013, immediately rolled over his new friend and even attempted to climb on top of it.
As expected, the snowman’s head collapsed under Da Mao’s weight and sent him tumbling down in the ground.
Determined to reach the apex once more, the panda once again tried to clamber on top of the snowman, but kept falling over.
At one point, the panda even became struggled with his legs and front paws flailing helplessly, before once again plummeting head first in the snowy terrain.
The hilarious routine continued a couple more times until the pudgy animal has had enough.
The clip was uploaded on video sharing site YouTube under the name “Toronto Zoo Giant Panda vs. Snowman” and as of this story’s writing, has amassed over 300,000 views. Khristian Ibarrola
