Google’s Pixel phones were great devices, but sadly not everyone could afford them. Luckily, the rumor mills have indicated that a more affordable Pixel is going to come out, along with it’s beefier big brother.
TechRadar reports that various sources have hinted about Google’s second generation Pixel phones having a budget-friendly model.
This lower-end Google Pixel is said to have lesser specs to match the lower price tag. In retrospect, it would be a nice call back to the generally affordable and defunct Nexus line of smartphones.
On the other hand, the high-end gen-two Pixel is said to be so premium that it would cost even more than the present Pixel phones.
In any case, the devices might make their debut later in the year. Most techies would probably be looking forward to the budget-friendly Pixel over the expensive powerhouse version. Alfred Bayle
