Even for those without arachnophobia (fear of spiders), this clip will surely make you cringe. Spiders are never a welcome sight—especially if it’s coming out of our bodies.

An extreme footage of one creepy crawler has become viral online, showing a tiny spider crawling out of a woman’s ear.

According to Huffington Post, a female identified only as “Lakshmi L,” of southern India, sought help after experiencing severe headache and a tingling sensation in her ear.

After further inspection by medical personnel at  Columbia Asia Hospital in Hebbal, the tiny arachnid casually came out from her ear—which apparently made itself at home.

“I was terrified as I could feel the movement of a creature in my ear,” the woman told The Sun.  “I couldn’t think of anything and was petrified when the doctor confirmed the presence of a spider in my ear.”

Doctors, meanwhile, experience a certain level of difficulty when it comes to removing a living creature from the human ear.

“When a living [creature] makes its way inside a human ear, the patient’s anxiety makes it difficult to continue the procedure,” Dr. Santosh Shivaswamy was quoted as saying in the report.

Small spiders have been known to invade some parts of the human body—particularly the ears.

Lakshmi L was still lucky, as some earlier reported cases had critters who overstayed and showed aggression when extracted.

Lucky for her, the eight-legged squatter left on its own, as seen on the clip.  Khristian Ibarrola /ra
