Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition Official Reveal Trailer (in 4K)

PC gamers will be in for a treat next year because the popular game “Final Fantasy XV” will be getting a Windows edition.

Created by game company Square Enix, “Final Fantasy XV” was released for the Sony PlayStation 4 and Microsoft Xbox One game consoles on November 2016. It has received several updates and downloadable content since then.

According to a posting on game streaming site Steam, “Final Fantasy XV: Windows Edition” will receive all the previously released updates on game consoles, plus some bonus content.

The graphics have also been optimized for high-end gaming PCs and will support a native 4K ultra-high definition resolution. Given enough hardware power, resolution could even be bumped up to 8K UHD.

“Final Fantasy XV” follows the story of prince Noctis and his three companions, as they embark on a quest to save their home kingdom of Lucis from the empire of Niflheim.

No exact release date has been revealed yet. Gamers are hoping the PC version would not experience the same delays that the game had during its console debut. JB
