Aside from browsing one’s Instagram feed to shop, IG users can now do so by viewing the Stories feature.

The photo-sharing site said this will be possible when users tap on a sticker with a shopping bag icon. This was revealed in a new blog post by Instagram last Tuesday, June 12.

“Shoppers on Instagram are savvy,” the blog post read, adding that they use Instagram “looking for the latest trends and styles.”

Instagram also cited a survey where 300 million users are active every day on Stories. One reason is to stay in-the-know of what products they like. The survey was conducted by Facebook, which owns Instagram. JB
