TOKYO — An event using projection mapping, a technology that projects images on walls, started Saturday at the Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa in Minato Ward, Tokyo.
The theme of the event is “Japanese summer.” The state-of-the-art technology, in which images of fireworks are projected on the whole of a wall and colors illuminating fish tanks change to music, are used to create a fantastical space.
A 47-year-old company employee from Kawasaki who came with his 1-year-old daughter said, “The fish look prettier with this vivid production.”
