In line with Globe’s commitment to provide proactive customer service, they recently developed its home internet service app, Globe At Home. The app is expected to deliver the easiest digital experience for postpaid and prepaid Globe At Home customers without having to leave the comfort of their homes.
“The Globe At Home App is really a one-stop-shop to make it easy for the customers to access and use our services, wherein they could manage their accounts easily from downloading the app to looking at different services,” said Barbie Dapul, VP and Head of Digital Home Experience at Globe.
Michelle Fernandez-Castillo, Globe At Home’s Director of Digital Experience, conducted a short demonstration of some of the features of the app such as data usage tracking, purchasing promos and add-ons like content subscription, viewing bills, processing payments, getting freebies and discounts to apps like Traveloka, Klook and ZEN Rooms, and performing basic troubleshooting.
The app features a Dashboard that displays recent news and information. Apart from paying your bills, the app can also be something fun as it will launch this week the Trick or Treat promo where users can win special prizes and freebies in time for the Halloween season.
Other app features include “Get More Data” to load additional data or select desired plan subscription, “Account Services” to upgrade your current plan, “Help and Support” for troubleshooting and chat with “GIE” – a hybrid bot in case you need further assistance.
Globe also developed their Facebook Messenger chatbot for Globe At Home users to easily check the availability of the internet within their area, and address concerns with their Internet connection more efficiently.
