YouTube Super Stream to air PH hit shows, movies for free

MANILA, Philippines — Youtube has opened Super Stream to give free access to “binge-worthy” movies, hit series, epic sports matches as well as documentaries in the Philippines.
Google Philippines said Youtube partnered with media networks ABS-CBN, GMA, One Sports, online sports platform DAZN and film company TBA studios to air popular local shows, movies, and documentaries.
Super Stream will air free hit shows, films, and documentaries until Sept. 26, Google Philippines said.
Google Philippines Marketing head Gabby Roxas said SuperStream is meant to upgrade Filipinos’ stay-at-home activities.
“Every day, Filipinos go to YouTube to learn, share their passions, or be entertained. As people limit going out to remain well, we want to make staying safe at home better by introducing Super Stream so everyone can access movies, TV shows, and more–for free until September 26,” Roxas said in a statement.
“Whether it is a box office hit, classic TV show, sports event, or documentary, there is Super Stream content for entertainment needs on top of the YouTube videos from favorite creators,” he added.
Here is the list of contents available on Super Stream from Aug. 30 to Sept. 5:
