MANILA, Philippines — Converge ICT Solutions Inc. on Wednesday announced that it has restored its internet services nationwide.
“Converge ICT is pleased to share with you that service has been restored for residential and enterprise clients across all its service areas,” Converge said in an advisory.
“Its technical teams worked round-the-clock to resolve issues and get all systems up and running as quickly as possible,” the internet provider added.
Converge also said that it was reviewing the incident “to develop solutions that will prevent such occurrences from happening in the future and complement its ongoing improvement initiatives.”
On Tuesday, subscribers of Converge reported not being able to access the internet. The Converge ICT Support Team said it was experiencing issues in its Data Center since 1:10 p.m of that day.
Converge later said that it has restored internet connectivity in North and Central Luzon, while connection for Metro Manila and Southern Luzon subscribers would be restored “within the next few hours.”
