Flex Drop or Floating Window Feature
As an Android device, the OPPO Reno5 5G offers a split screen option, where you can access and enjoy two apps in a single screen. Its Flex Drop feature, however, extends this functionality further by offering users a floating screen of an app that you want to move or drag into whatever corner of your phone’s display. This is particularly helpful when you’re on multitasking mode reading a web article while watching a YouTube video. Additionally, when you are playing your favorite MOBA game LoL Wild Rift, you can still activate your Messenger app to keep your family and friends updated even when you are currently farming in the game. To activate this on your smartphone, simply access the multitasking bar on the left downside of the display and touch the option feature (two tiny circles) and choose the floating window.
New variations of the Dark Mode feature
The new Dark Mode feature in OPPO Reno5 5G gives you the choice between Enhanced, Medium, and Gentle. Enhanced is a pure black mode in high-contrast, while Gentle is an eye-friendly gray background. Medium mode, on the hand, is the in- between gradation between the two extreme modes. Dark Mode also allows you to schedule its appearance—turn dark mode on or off at a certain time you want.
More customization at your fingertips
Add zest to your OPPO Reno5 5G’s Always-On Display (AOD) by creating an animated design just by dragging your fingers on the display. The design you create will then play on the screen when AOD is active. This customizable artwork feature will certainly appeal to artists or budding artists out there.
You can also customize ringtones and wallpapers. The Reno5 5G has this make-your- own ringtone feature which can be done through finger swipes. By sliding your finger on the panel, you can alter the pitch, timbre, and speed of the tune to create something that fits your particular taste. This can help you create unique ringtones. You can combine folders through dragging a folder into another folder. You can populate the screen with the apps that you want and hide the ones you don’t actually use a lot.
