Acer introduces smart home essentials for healthier lifestyle

It was only recent when the skylines of Metro Manila turned gloomy—thick gray fog causing not only problems in visibility but also breathing issues for many.
What was thought to be caused by sulfur particulates from vog (volcanic smog) due to emissions from Taal Volcano, turned out to be smog from vehicular pollution, which heightened people’s alarm and anxiety. Add the looming threat of airborne microorganisms in this post-pandemic era, many are now more concerned than ever with the quality of air they breathe.
With this concern for the environment and the air quality, leading global technology brand Acer ventured into crafting technological solutions beyond gaming and productivity through its lifestyle and home essentials arm, Acerpure.
The brand brings forth a myriad of innovative products that embody the company’s commitment to foster a healthier home and lifestyle and provision of a seamless living experience.
Acerpure was the highlight of the “housewarming party” during the brand’s official launch last Oct. 6 at Glorietta Activity Center in Makati.

Acerpure’s flagship products feature Integrated Technology, which ensures pure breathable air, uncontaminated potable water, and spotless indoors. Paired with Smart Integration, users can easily control and monitor these products via smartphones and other everyday devices, staying true to Acer’s promise of innovation and convenience in every product.
Its series of smart circulation fans and air purifiers are all fitted with HEPA filters, which help eliminate even the smallest particulates, pollutants, bacteria, and viruses (including SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19), making it perfect to ensure quality air in this new normal post-COVID.
The Acerpure Cozy, the brand’s air circulator, employs the 3D Airflow Technology, providing greater range and more concentrated airflow. It also has a 12 touch-activated speed setting and 90-degree up/down, 95-degree left/right oscillating direction adjustment for easy, accurate control.

The Acerpure Cool, the air purifier and circulator hybrid, has a 4-in-1 HEPA filter, which offers a four-layer protection from unsafe air by removing pet hair and dander, and 99.97 percent of particles as small as 0.3 microns, such as allergens, bacteria, and odors.
While Acerpure’s original mission was to provide clean air with its air purifiers but has since expanded to other household appliances.
Their cordless vacuum cleaners, Clean V1 and Clean V1 lite, redefine the home cleaning experience through its lightness and convenience.
The launch also teased its upcoming product, a water purifier, arriving here next year.

Acerpure president Stanley Kao said that their products are engineered with the environment in mind for energy-efficient operations and minimal waste generation.
“We come out with one of our products like the Acerpure Pro Vero purifier. The parts are eco-friendly, made from recycled plastic … more than 35 percent is made from post-consumer recycled material,” he said, adding that their sustainability efforts don’t end with their products alone, as they also employ sustainability efforts internally.
As part of Acerpure’s launch in the Philippines, international superstar Sandara Park joined Acerpure as its brand ambassador. Meanwhile, Acer brand ambassador and P-pop boy group SB19 along with social media personality Team Payaman launched a web series for their fans to enjoy.
