What are Zoom Docs’ features?
Zoom Docs works like MS Word because it lets you write text documents. However, it sets itself apart with AI-powered, real-time collaboration in writing documents.
The program provides project brief templates for various use cases like product launches, event management, and marketing campaigns. Zoom Docs also has AI Companion that adds powerful features like:
- It transcribes video meetings into text summaries and then turns them into easily editable documents. Consequently, you save time taking notes and manually copying and pasting them into a shared document.
- Zoom Docs lets you select preset commands to produce content based on its transcripts.
- Aside from video meetings, the program can revise and summarize articles, plans, and outlines. Moreover, it can translate them into nine different languages.
Zoom Docs improves on the popular video conferencing feature by letting you create, share, and co-edit documents during meetings. Also, it adds these new features:
- ZD simplifies permission-sharing to reduce time spent on granting document access.
- The new program lets you share documents across the Zoom Workplace.
- It lets you organize documents with content blocks, so you and your team can easily identify ones assigned to them.
- Zoom Docs provides tables, checklists, and trackers to manage assigned tasks and projects
Zoom Docs is available in version 6.1.6 or later, which you can download from the Zoom website. Also, you can open this new program on its homepage or the Zoom Web App.
