Elon Musk’s xAI launched a groundbreaking AI model named Grok-2, which eventually became popular for making images without limitations found in other AI models.

How to make AI images with Grok
X is the current name of the popular social media platform Twitter. Register to the network via smartphone or computer to purchase one of the following subscription levels:
- Basic: $3 monthly or $32 annually
- Premium: $8 monthly or $84 annually
- Premium+: $16 monthly or $168 annually
The official X Help Center says that the price may change depending on your location. Moreover, you need a Premium or Premium+ subscription to use Grok-2.

Once you have it, log in and navigate to the left-hand sidebar. Then, click on the Grok button, write a description of your desired image, and then hit the Generate button.
The risks of Grok artificial intelligence
Elon Musk has been vocal in his disdain for “wokeism.” Dictionary.com defines it as the “promotion of liberal progressive ideology and policy as an expression of sensitivity to systemic injustices and prejudices.”
That is why he adjusted X and designed Grok-2 to have no such restrictions. As a result, Musk believes these unfettered technologies promote freedom.
However, his tool could facilitate misinformation and other crimes. The most recent examples come from Donald Trump, who allegedly shared doctored images of Taylor Swift showing support for his political campaign.

Others could use the program to fabricate fake images of their colleagues in compromising situations. More importantly, Google researchers warn that generative AI could “blur the lines between authentic presentation and deception.”
In other words, people may struggle to discern truth from fiction as fake images and videos become highly realistic. Also, it could lead prominent figures to resort to the “liar’s dividend.”
It is the phenomenon where high-profile individuals dismiss unfavorable information as AI-generated. For example, if images of a politician involved in shady dealings surface, they may disregard evidence as AI-generated.
