Capital One PH commits to workplace inclusion at One BRG Summit

MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Capital One PH showed its commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging at the One BRG Summit.

The event held at the Palms Country Club in Muntinlupa City had the theme: “Creating a Space for All: A Commitment to Diversity and Belonging.”

Specifically, it emphasizes the value of workplaces that make everyone feel safe, respected, and valued.

The bank holding company’s Business Resource Groups brought together senior leaders, people leaders, and select associates to discuss these values.

Capital One PH president Sara Murphy said, “DIB’s importance cannot be overstated in today’s world.”

Moreover, Capital One Philippines’ Head of Country Raoul Teh emphasized DIB’s role in the company’s success:

Learning and Development Expert Sunny Fragante was the event’s guest speaker. Later, she shared ways to build an inclusive workplace.
