Everybody’s favorite run tracker app is now available in the native tongue. Strava, the fitness app currently enjoyed by over 195 million users globally is now available in Filipino, alongside other new languages. There’s a catch though — the app detects the current language pack being used by your smartphone, which means that your entire phone has to be in Filipino for Strava to change into Filipino.

Strava currently supports the following languages:

  • English
  • French
  • German
  • Italian
  • Portuguese (Portugal)
  • Portuguese (Brazil)
  • Spanish
  • Spanish (Latin America)
  • Simplified Chinese
  • Traditional Chinese
  • Russian
  • Dutch
  • Japanese
  • Indonesian
  • Czech
  • Thai
  • Tagalog
  • Danish
  • Malay
  • Norwegian Bokmal
  • Polish
  • Swedish
  • Turkish
  • Vietnamese

Troubleshooting Language Settings:

  • If your Strava app isn’t displaying a language that matches your phone’s system language, please uninstall and reinstall the Strava app, then restart your device.
  • If your activities are titled in the wrong language, check that your email language is set to your desired language on Strava.com.
