MMDA won’t be tweeting until January 1

MANILA, Philippines–The Twitter account of the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be unavailable on New Year’s Eve and morning of the first day of 2014.

“MMDA Twitter will be currently unavailable from 10 p.m. [Tuesday] and it will resume [Wednesday] at 2 p.m.,” MMDA said in an advisory.

The Twitter account of the MMDA provides mostly advisories and traffic updates in Metro Manila.

“Have a happy and safe New Year to everyone on the road and in their homes,” MMDA said
