MANILA, Philippines—Sky broadband subscribers have been experiencing difficulty accessing INQUIRER.net.
Tests and feedback from readers showed the website could not be accessed via the ABS-CBN Corporation-owned internet service provider.
Sky broadband has promised to look into the issue.
