Flappy Bird flaps again in August

MANILA, Philippines – The game isn’t over. After Vietnamese game developer Dong Nguyen unexpectedly pulled out Flappy Bird from the App Store in February, he announced (Manila time) that the video game would be available again.

Nguyen told CNBC’s Kelly Evans that the new Flappy Bird would be available in the App Store this August.

Evans posted the announcement on her Twitter account quoting Nguyen that the new Flappy Bird would be on a multiplayer mode.

On February, Nguyen removed the game from App Store because it has become “addictive.”
