Facebook up again after 30-minute outage

MANILA, Philippines — Facebook could not be accessed for almost 30 minutes on Thursday afternoon.
“Sorry, something went wrong. We’re working on getting this fixed as soon as we can,” the social networking site said in a notice.

The Guardian reported that it is the first time that a Facebook outage affected all of its website, smartphone and tablet apps all over the world.

Various news sites across the globe have reported the crash.
