APC promo: Trade in old UPS for gift certificates

MANILA, Philippines—Trade in your APC or non-APC uninterruptible power supply (UPS) for a P500 worth of Sodexo gift certificate! See promo mechanics below.

Mechanics

1. The promotion is open to all individuals and residents of the Philippines.

2. Customers may trade in any working or non-working APC or non-APC UPS to get a P500 Sodexo Gift Certificate* for any participating APC UPS they choose to buy. Customers may trade in as many old UPSs as they want.

* Sodexo Gift certificate in denomination of P100. Valid for one year upon issue.

3. A maximum of three (3) old UPSs will be honored for a total of P1,500 worth of Sodexo GCs per any one APC UPS that they buy. In the event that the customer traded in more than three old UPSs, the succeeding UPSs will be honored for free GCs on the next participating APC product purchased by the customer.

4. The customer can buy any participating APC UPS from their store of choice. The participating UPSs are as follows:

• BX625CI-MS
• BX650LI-MS
• BX800LI-MS
• BX1100LI-MS

5. The promotion is available at participating APC Roadshow booths in selected participating malls per schedule. The complete schedule and other details are as follows:

6. Customers should sign up on trade-in registration sheets provided at the APC Roadshow booths and surrender their old UPSs to avail the offer.

7. The customer must buy any one APC UPS on the same date they traded in their old UPSs and submit the following requirements to the promotion coordinators in order to get the free GCs:

• Filled-out customer’s trade-in registration sheet
• Original cut-out of the serial number found on the APC UPS box
• Photocopy of sales invoice
• Photocopy of one (1) valid ID (e.g. SSS, passport, PRC, driver’s license, GSIS, TIN, postal ID)

8. Traded-in UPSs are considered as property of Schneider Electric and cannot be retrieved in any case.

9. Schneider Electric’s authorized participating distributors and stores, their agencies—including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity—are disqualified from the promotion.
10. In case of dispute, the decision of Schneider Electric and its agency, with the concurrence of DTI, shall prevail.
