Vibal showcases printing innovations with Vee Print

10:45 AM October 26, 2015

Vibal unveiled today its commercial printing division as a world-class and innovative brand called Vee Print—the latest in a growing portfolio of complete, end-to-end technology solutions for education, enterprise, and government.

Vee Print is Vibal’s one-stop shop for quality offset and digital printing jobs, created using the latest and most advanced high-end printing machinery and solutions not just in the Philippines but across the region. Vibal’s evolution from churning out print-only deliverables to integrating the latest digital innovations in the production process underscores the company’s commitment to excellence in publishing and technology.

With Vee Print, Vibal now offers schools and other companies access to a variety of business opportunities that can be explored through custom-ready printing services for target audiences. Applications include yearbooks, newsletters, photobooks, storybooks, notebooks, planners, print-on-demand books, brochures and other marketing collaterals, and test booklets, among others.

This initiative is in partnership with the world leader in printing innovations, Hewlett-Packard (HP), which staged an Open House event with Vibal at its headquarters in Araneta Avenue, Quezon City recently. Educators and members of the press went beyond printing at the Vibal plant to experience the state-of-the-art facility that makes the company capable of producing print with optimum quality, faster turnaround than ever, and increased capacity.

“Vee Print aims to serve both educational and commercial print jobs,” shared John S. Bellen, Vice President for Printing and Digital Imaging of Vibal Group, Inc. “We are proud to lead this advancement in the Philippine printing industry to serve Filipino businesses, powered by world-class printing technologies and the most reliable digital printing presses – all housed right here at Vibal.”

An interactive discussion on how these solutions can directly impact the way business works was led by HP Inc.’s Regional Commercial Business Development Manager and Chairman of the Direct Marketing Association of Singapore, Lisa Watsons.

Powered by HP, Vee Print’s flagship digital printing machineries took center stage during the open-house event: the renowned digital press available in the global market – HP Indigo 5500 and HP T230 Color Inkjet Web. The best array of superior analog presses for offset printing, some being the first of their kind to be used in Asia, were also marveled by the guests: the Goss Magnum 2 and Heidelberg Speedmaster 102-4 – both ensuring only outputs of higher caliber.

“Welcome to the future of printing where offset and digital printing workflows are much efficient, more reliable, creating streamlined and simplified processes,” added Vibal. “With the launch of Vee Print, we have opened a new horizon – digitizing the printing industry, improving the way we work, and ultimately, making the lives of Filipinos better each day through technology.”
