Steam gamers are steadily shifting toward Windows 10 in anticipation of future games.

Techradar reports that more PC Steam gamers are making the move to Windows 10 from Windows 7.

It has been predicted that the shift will continue to accelerate as the deadline for Microsoft’s free Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade approaches in the next two months.

Another possible catalyst for this desire to upgrade is the DirectX 12 support that is exclusively found on Windows 10. As more DirectX 12 games are released, gamers who want to maximize their gaming experience will eventually be prompted to upgrade. Alfred Bayle
