Snapping pictures with unsteady hands almost always result in shaky, blurry and unusable images.

The app uses video stabilization technology that Google developed from YouTube and its other projects. It analyzes what is in the background as well as foreground and isolates those elements to produce a smoother clip by throwing out the blurry frames.

While the app is developed by Google, for now it will remain an iOS thing and no Android equivalent is yet available.
