Pokemon Go out now on iOS and Android in US

The wait has finally ended as Pokemon Go gets released.

Announced not too long ago at E3, the augmented reality game Pokemon Go has finally been made available to US users on both the Android and iOS platform. The game utilizes a mobile device’s camera and sensors, as well as location-based algorithms, to insert Pokemon into the real world.

The Verge reports that users will be able to travel around their local area to capture and train Pokemon at landmarks and notable landmarks. And in true Pokemon style, players will also be able to battle with other Pokemon trainers.
