VIRAL: Persons with autism given work at supermarket

A supermarket in Mandaluyong City has been getting praises from netizens for offering work to individuals with autism.

Autism Society Philippines, a non-profit organization, recently posted photos on their Facebook page of men employed by the Savemore branch at Light Mall in Mandaluyong. The photos showed the individuals in uniform and sorting groceries.

The photos have since gone viral and earned over 9,000 likes and 3,200 shares. The netizens continue to praise the supermarket for giving employment opportunities to individuals with autism. Alfred Bayle
