WATCH: Mama bear, cubs enjoy ‘bonding’ at California beach
Holiday vacationers at the sizzling Pope Beach in Lake Tahoe, California, sighted a happy family of bears swimming and bonding like human beings.
The blissful and heartening family moment was captured on video by YouTuber Norma Alvarez and was uploaded on Wednesday.
As seen in the series of clips, the matriarch and her two kids splash water while wading in the sea. They seem to feel carefree despite being surrounded by kayakers and other onlookers.
Feeling exhausted from their vacation, the family rose and sauntered on the sandy shoreline. Mama bear walked to the filmer’s direction, only to find out that she was curiously staring at a blue plastic pail.
The video ends with the matriarch searching for food in a table piled up with bags . The crowd mutters “Uh, Oh,” and smiles at Mama Bear the Menace.
One user expressed in an endearing comment, “Watching Mama Bear and her babies from a distant are safe. So beautiful to see them enjoying their bath and the sea. Mama Bear won’t see you as prey if you don’t approach to her or her babies.”
