With the iPhone 7 finally out in the market, it doesn’t come as a surprise that it would be tested beside the Galaxy Note 7. One YouTube channel did just this and found the iPhone 7 to be much faster.
The YouTube channel PhoneBuff put both phones through a battery of tests to see which of the devices could open and run apps the fastest. This included games and streaming services, reports The Verge.
As it turned out, the iPhone 7 managed to go through the set of prepared apps twice before the Note 7 could complete one round. This only goes to prove that the new A10 processor in the iPhone 7 is indeed a step up over the previous A9X that was found in the iPad Pro.
While the Note 7 may not be the fastest smartphone in the market, it doesn’t make it a slow device either. Most users shouldn’t be able to notice any lags when using the device on a day-to-day basis. Alfred Bayle
