Apple rolls out new support app for all customer needs
It’s a great convenience for customers to have a one-stop avenue to seek any kind of support related to their electronic devices. Such is the goal of Apple’s new Apple Support app.
First spotted by TechCrunch in the US app store, it enables users of Apple products to schedule repairs as well as appointments at local Apple stores. They can also message, call or email staff right from the app, reports The Verge.
Users can also browse various guides and tutorials for subjects like iCloud and photo editing. The staff can even be called upon to help with regards to forgotten Apple IDs. Alfred Bayle
