Netizens are spending more and more time browsing Reddit than watching porn videos on PornHub.
They are spending a daily average of 15:44 minutes going through Reddit posts as opposed to the 8:26 minutes average spent browsing porn streaming site PornHub, according to a global list of the top 500 sites on the internet by Alexa, as of April 2018.
Reddit also sits on the number six spot while PornHub is in 34th place in terms of popularity.
As a point of reference, social media giant Facebook sits on third place in the list, and people spend around 11:13 minutes daily checking their newsfeed in the said platform.
Given the numbers, Reddit’s owners may get to boast that netizens like interacting with other netizens more than watching two people getting “intimate” with each other.
The news aggregation and discussion service celebrated the 10th anniversary of its AskReddit community on Jan. 18. JB
