Here’s how to turn on FB Messenger dark mode

With a recently launched “fresh look,” a simpler and leaner design, Facebook Messenger is on a roll with its newest addition — a dark mode.

By sending a moon/crescent emoji, a bunch of moons will pop in the chatbox and activate the dark mode option in your Messenger profile page.

In October 2018, Facebook mentioned developing a dark mode for the app, along with other necessary updates that would help users.

However, only select users from select countries have been able to experience the new feature as it still in its early testing phase. /atm
