MANILA, Philippines — It’s now easier to catch up with conversations you’ve missed in that groupchat!

Facebook updated Messenger on Wednesday, March 20, giving users the ability to quote and reply to a specific message, as reported by VentureBeat.

All you have to do is long-press on the text that you want to reply to and tap on the Reply icon and you’re now able to respond to individual GIFs, videos, emoji, text, and photo messages.

However, you should first update your messenger app to get the new feature which is now available in both iOS and Android versions of Messenger.

This new feature follows ‘dark mode’ and ‘unsend’ which were launched early this year by Messenger.  /muf
