Normal browsing experience restored, says PLDT
MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT) on Tuesday morning said it already resolved its issue with cable partners, effectively restoring the normal browsing experience to subscribers.
According to PLDT in an advisory, normal browsing experience has been restored as of 6:22 a.m.
“Our submarine cable partner confirms supplementing additional capacity, restoring browser experience. Please refresh your connection by restarting your router,” said PLDT.
Article continues after this advertisementTo recall, PLDT on Monday said that one of its submarine cable partners confirmed a loss in “some” of its internet bandwidth capacity, “thus, causing slower internet browsing.”
